Draft website policy — review before launch
Privacy Notice
This draft explains how Cited.ie expects to handle website enquiries and client-related contact data.
It should be reviewed before the live website collects submissions.
Who We Are
Cited.ie is an AI search visibility company. The legal trading details, registered address, and privacy
contact route should be added before launch.
What We Collect
- Contact name and email address.
- Phone number where supplied, or where required for a discovery-call request.
- Website URL and message details submitted through forms.
- Technical information needed for security, preference storage, and website operation.
How We Use The Information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange requested calls, prepare
visibility-review discussions, manage client relationships, and protect the website from spam or abuse.
What Not To Send
Please do not submit confidential legal matter details, client case information, or sensitive personal
data through website forms.
Retention
Lead and enquiry data should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. A
practical launch rule is to review unconverted enquiries after 12 months of inactivity, while accounting
records may need to be retained for longer under business record-keeping obligations.
Processors
The production site may use carefully selected processors such as hosting, database, email-delivery,
analytics, and support tools. These should be documented in the final privacy notice before launch.
