The Visibility Problem

Search has changed. Your website needs to be understood, not just indexed.

Potential clients now move between AI answers, search summaries, maps, reviews and websites before making contact. If your services, experience, location and next steps are unclear, your firm is easier to overlook.

How a potential client chooses a solicitor today

Each stage depends on clear, consistent evidence about what your firm does, where it works and why a client should trust it.

1Describe the legal needA potential client asks AI or Google a detailed question in everyday language.
2Build a shortlistAI answers, search results and maps surface firms that appear relevant.
3Check the evidenceThe client compares practice-area detail, people, location and trust signals.
4Choose the next stepA clear consultation route turns confidence into an enquiry.
What Cited examines

We identify where your firm is clearly supported in this journey, where important evidence is missing and what should be prioritised first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about Cited audits.

Clear scope, careful claims and no unnecessary technical theatre.

What does the Free Visibility Check include?

It is a concise, founder-reviewed first look at visible signals across AI-assisted search, your website, local discovery, trust and enquiry paths. It highlights a small number of useful observations and helps determine whether a full audit would be worthwhile. It is not the full seven-category audit.

Is this the same as traditional SEO?

Traditional SEO remains essential. Cited adds AI answer readiness, sourceability, entity clarity, local consistency and natural-language query testing so your firm can be assessed across modern search journeys, not only conventional rankings.

Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. Search and AI systems are outside any consultant’s control. Cited identifies visible evidence, gaps and practical actions, then supports retesting. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, enquiries or revenue.

Do we need to rebuild our website?

Not necessarily. Many firms first need clearer practice-area structure, stronger trust signals, more useful answers, consistent local information and clearer enquiry routes. The audit distinguishes focused improvements from larger technical work.

Who carries out the audit?

Cited is founder-led. Gift Phiri and Igor Fossá Silva jointly work across methodology, evidence review, recommendations, quality assurance and client reporting. Every audit and final report is founder-reviewed; audit delivery is not currently outsourced.

What will we receive at the end of a full audit?

You receive a founder-reviewed report with the Cited Visibility Score™, the seven-category evidence breakdown, query-test observations, documented limitations, prioritised recommendations and a practical 30/60/90-day roadmap.

Can Cited help us implement the recommendations?

Yes, within a defined boundary. Cited can prepare content and structured data, advise on your Google Business Profile, retest agreed improvements, and coordinate with your existing web provider. Cited does not carry out website development, hosting, code or content-management changes on your systems. The report is written so your internal team or your existing web partner can act on it directly.
