Who We Are

Cited.ie is an AI search visibility service for specialist local and service businesses, launching first with Irish law firms. The website https://cited.ie is operated by Gift Phiri and Igor Fossa Silva trading under the registered business name Cited (Business Name Registration No. 785706), with principal place of business at 271 Harolds Cross Road, Dublin, D6W CX39, Ireland. Contact: info@cited.ie.

The registered business name is Cited. The website and service may be referred to as Cited.ie for brand, domain and public-facing purposes. Cited is a registered business name and is not currently presented as a limited company.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to use of the Cited.ie website, website forms, enquiries, Free Visibility Check requests, discovery call requests, general contact requests, public website content, sample audit previews, pricing information, and early-stage Cited.ie service discussions unless replaced by a separate written agreement.

If you become a paying client, additional proposal terms, project terms, service scope, payment terms or written agreement terms may also apply. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed or agreed service document, the specific service document will normally take priority for that service.

What Cited.ie Provides

Cited.ie provides visibility and publication-readiness reviews for websites and online presence. Our services may include reviewing AI search visibility signals, Modern SEO foundations, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI Optimization (AIO), website clarity, practice-area content, sourceability, local visibility, trust and authority signals, conversion paths, website enquiry journeys, and visible publication-readiness items.

Cited.ie is designed to help businesses understand whether their public-facing online presence is clear, structured, sourceable, trustworthy, and easy to act on in the AI search era.

What Cited.ie Does Not Provide

Cited.ie does not provide legal advice, Legal Services Regulatory Authority approval, solicitor-status verification, GDPR compliance certification, cookie compliance certification, advertising-compliance approval, accessibility certification, cybersecurity certification, ranking guarantees, AI citation guarantees, search placement guarantees, website traffic guarantees, enquiry volume guarantees, or revenue guarantees.

Cited.ie does not act as a law firm, solicitor, regulator, compliance authority, data protection officer, cybersecurity auditor or certification body.

Nothing on this website, in a Free Visibility Check, in a sample audit, in a discovery call, or in any visibility review should be treated as legal advice. If you need legal advice, regulatory guidance, professional conduct advice, GDPR advice, advertising-compliance advice, or advice on solicitor obligations, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

For law-firm clients, Cited.ie may comment on visible website wording, publication-readiness issues, or areas that may need review, but final responsibility for legal, regulatory, professional and publication decisions remains with the client.

No Guarantees

Cited.ie does not guarantee that use of the website or services will result in higher Google rankings, AI citations, inclusion in AI-generated answers, more enquiries, better-quality enquiries, more traffic, more revenue, specific search visibility outcomes, specific local search outcomes, or specific technical SEO outcomes.

Search engines, AI systems, ranking systems, user behaviour, competitors, market conditions, website implementation and third-party platforms are outside Cited.ie's control. Cited.ie provides evidence-led reviews, findings and recommendations. Outcomes depend on many factors, including implementation, website quality, competition, content, technical setup, business positioning and external search/AI systems.

Website Content

The content on Cited.ie is provided for general business information only. We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances. Cited.ie may update, remove, replace or restructure website content at any time.

Free Visibility Check

The Free Visibility Check is an introductory, limited and directional review. It is intended to help Cited.ie understand your website and provide an initial indication of possible visibility issues or next steps.

A Free Visibility Check is not a full audit, legal compliance review, technical SEO audit, regulatory review, guarantee of future results, full Cited Visibility Score™ report, or commitment to provide paid services. Cited.ie may decline, limit, delay or prioritise Free Visibility Check requests depending on suitability, availability, business fit or submission quality.

Discovery Calls

A discovery call is used to understand your business, website, goals, visibility concerns and possible service fit. Booking or attending a discovery call does not create an obligation for either party to proceed with paid services. Cited.ie may reschedule or decline a discovery call where necessary.

You should not share confidential legal matter details, solicitor client case information, sensitive personal data or privileged information during a discovery call unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed and appropriate safeguards are in place.

If you decide to purchase a paid Cited.ie service, the scope, deliverables, timing, price and payment terms should be confirmed separately in writing. Paid services may include Visibility Review, Cited Visibility Score review, practice-area visibility review, website visibility report, retesting, ongoing monitoring, content or page-brief recommendations, or other agreed visibility-support services.

Cited.ie will only be responsible for the services expressly agreed in writing. Unless separately agreed, paid services do not include legal advice, website development, implementation of recommendations, regulatory review, GDPR/cookie compliance audit, solicitor advertising compliance review, technical development work, ongoing monitoring, emergency support, guaranteed response times or guaranteed outcomes.

Pricing

Pricing information on the website is provided for general guidance only. Cited.ie may use scoped pricing because the work required can depend on website size, number of pages, number of practice areas or services, number of locations, depth of review required, whether retesting is included, whether ongoing monitoring is required, complexity of the online presence, urgency and availability.

A quote, proposal or written agreement will confirm the actual price and scope for any paid service. Cited.ie may change website pricing information at any time. Changes will not affect a paid service already agreed in writing unless both parties agree otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

If you engage with Cited.ie, you are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring you have authority to submit website or business details, reviewing all recommendations before implementation, deciding whether to act on findings, and ensuring any website changes comply with applicable law, professional rules, advertising standards, privacy rules, accessibility requirements and internal policies.

For law-firm clients, the firm remains responsible for reviewing and approving any public-facing wording, website changes, client communications, professional claims, advertising content or publication decisions.

Submitting Information Through Forms

When you submit information through a Cited.ie form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not use forms to submit confidential legal matter details, solicitor client case information, sensitive personal data, privileged information, false or misleading information, spam, malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Cited.ie may ignore, delete or decline submissions that appear to be spam, abusive, irrelevant, unsafe, incomplete or unsuitable.

Cited.ie handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice explains who controls the data, what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it may be kept, who it may be shared with, and what rights individuals may have. The Cited.ie website, brand, logo, design, text, structure, scoring framework, report formats, sample audit formats, prompts, templates, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cited.ie unless otherwise stated. You may view the website for normal business evaluation purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, scrape, republish, distribute or exploit Cited.ie materials without permission, except where allowed by law or expressly agreed in writing. The Cited Visibility Score name, scoring structure, report format and related framework are part of Cited.ie's business materials and should not be copied or presented as your own system.

Sample Audits and Examples

Any sample audit, sample score, sample query, report preview or example shown on the website is for illustration only unless clearly stated otherwise. Fictional examples are not real client audits. Sample scores do not represent a guarantee of what any actual client will receive. Cited.ie will not publish real client examples, testimonials, logos or case studies unless appropriate permission has been obtained.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, tools or services. Cited.ie is not responsible for third-party websites or services, including their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms or accuracy. You should review the terms and privacy notices of any third-party service you use.

Website Availability

Cited.ie aims to keep the website available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, changed or removed for reasons including maintenance, hosting issues, technical errors, security issues, third-party service problems, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. If a form is not working, users should try again later or use another available contact route on the website.

Security

Cited.ie takes reasonable steps to protect the website and submitted information. Security measures may include server-side form handling, validation, spam protection, rate limiting, HTTPS, restricted admin access and secure database configuration. No website, database, hosting provider or online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is appropriate for transmission through a website form.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the website to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, misrepresent your identity, submit spam or abusive content, attempt to overload forms or systems, infringe intellectual property rights, or upload or submit confidential third-party information without authority. Cited.ie may restrict, block, ignore or delete activity that appears to breach these Terms or harm the website, the business or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cited.ie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or business losses arising from use of the website or reliance on website content. This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, loss caused by search engine or AI-system behaviour, loss caused by third-party platforms, or loss arising from implementation decisions made by the client.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. If you enter into a separate paid service agreement with Cited.ie, any applicable liability terms should be set out in that agreement.

Professional Review and Implementation

Cited.ie may provide recommendations, findings, comments or suggested improvements. You are responsible for deciding whether to implement them. Before making website, legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, advertising, technical or business changes, you should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed. Cited.ie is not responsible for changes implemented by you, your web developer, your marketing provider, your staff, your contractors or third-party platforms unless expressly agreed in writing.

Changes to These Terms

Cited.ie may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be subject to the courts of Ireland.
