Book a Discovery Call — website URL, contact name, email address, phone number, preferred call date or time window, main reason for the call, consent confirmation. Phone is required for discovery-call requests so that we can arrange or conduct the requested call.
Contact Form — name, email address, message, consent confirmation. Used for general enquiries.

Website Hosting and Infrastructure

Cited.ie is currently hosted using Vercel. Vercel may process limited technical information necessary to serve the website, operate deployments, provide security, route traffic, generate logs, and maintain website availability. This may include technical data such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, timing information, deployment logs, security logs, and similar information needed for hosting, security, troubleshooting, and performance.

Supabase and Website Data Storage

Cited.ie uses Supabase to store enquiry and lead data securely. Supabase acts as a service provider/data processor where it processes data on behalf of Cited.ie. Enquiry data is stored in the EU (Ireland region), access is limited to authorised Cited.ie founders/admins, Row Level Security is enabled, forms submit through a server-side route, and browser-side code does not directly write to or read from private lead tables.

Email Notifications

Cited.ie may use an email service provider to send internal notifications when a new enquiry is received. Where email notifications are used, Cited.ie aims to minimise personal data in notification emails. For example, a notification may state that a new enquiry exists and identify the type of enquiry, while keeping full personal details inside the secure database.

Cookies and Local Storage

Cited.ie may use local storage or similar browser technologies to remember functional preferences, such as theme preference, cookie or consent preference, and whether a cookie banner has already been shown. These preferences help the website work properly and avoid repeatedly showing the same settings.
